Established in 2004 by the Van Wyk family, Toorbos has grown through hard work, dedication, and innovation. Since 2014, we’ve proudly harvested premium macadamia nuts and avocados, offering exceptional quality to our customers.

While most of our produce is exported, we are passionate about growing our local market and sharing the fruits of our labor with South African communities.

Our Harvest Calendar

• Macadamia Nuts: Harvested from May to September

• Avocados: Harvested from September to December
   

During harvest season, our team carefully collects macadamia nuts from the orchard floor, while our skilled packers dehusk and sort them by hand in our packing shed. Similarly, our avocados are hand-picked, ensuring only the finest quality reaches our customers.
