Toorbos does not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered. All sales are final unless the product is damaged during transit.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund only if:

The package was damaged in transit before reaching you.

The damage is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Reporting a Damaged Package
To qualify for a refund, customers must:

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Wait for our team to review the claim.
4. Refund Process

If approved, we will issue a full refund within 72 hours of the claim being verified.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment processors.
5. Exceptions
We will not issue refunds if:

The damage was reported after 24 hours of delivery.

The product was damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

The customer simply changes their mind.
